Chilling Method Upgrade:

We have transitioned from frozen to chilled storage, eliminating the need for defrosting. This upgrade not only saves time but also prevents common issues such as discolouration or texture changes caused by improper defrosting. The tuna retains its vibrant color and perfect texture, allowing you to enjoy it straight from the package, ready to serve at its freshest.

Packaging Upgrade:

The packaging has also been enhanced. Instead of traditional trays, we now use a premium absorption film, similar to that used in top Japanese restaurants. This technology, which works through osmotic pressure, absorbs natural juices released by the tuna. This process allows the muscle fibers to relax naturally, making the tuna more tender and enhancing its rich, concentrated flavor.

Extended Shelf Life:

Previously, we recommended consuming the tuna on the same day. However, with the new packaging, the best-by period has been extended by two extra days, allowing you to enjoy it at peak freshness for longer.
