Delivery days and cut-off

We deliver Wednesday to Saturday. Choose your delivery date at checkout using the date picker at the bottom of the checkout page. It may take a few seconds to load; if no dates appear, please refresh the page.

We freshly prepare and dispatch your order the day before your chosen delivery date.

Orders close at 5:30pm two days before delivery:

- Wednesday delivery: order by Monday 5:30pm
- Thursday delivery: order by Tuesday 5:30pm
- Friday delivery: order by Wednesday 5:30pm
- Saturday delivery: order by Thursday 5:30pm

Dates past the cut-off will not appear in the date picker.

DPD may deliver at any time during the day. If you need your order for dinner, we suggest choosing the day before.

Delivery arrangements for bank holidays and Christmas will be announced separately.

Delivery fees

- Orders under £39: £15 small order delivery fee
- Orders £39–£85: £6.50
- Orders over £85: free delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales), excluding all islands. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Live Norwegian King Crab is available for delivery within DPD's London area only, as live seafood needs minimal travel time.

DPD delivery

All orders are delivered by DPD. After dispatch, DPD will email you a tracking link; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become available. You can also see your delivery status in your Celeplate account under Orders.

Using the DPD tracking link, you can add delivery notes or choose a neighbour or safe place. DPD Pickup Shops are not suitable for our orders. DPD provides a photo as proof of delivery.

Some apartment buildings do not allow drivers to deliver upstairs for security reasons; DPD follows the building's rules, and this can also depend on the driver on the day.

Packaging

Fresh and frozen items are packed in separate insulated bags, with ice packs for fresh items and dry ice for frozen items. Our frozen packaging is tested to keep contents at around -5°C for about 36 hours after dispatch. Please unpack and refrigerate or freeze your items as soon as they arrive. Fresh items are best eaten within 24 hours of delivery and no later than the use-by date on the pack.
