Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Orders under £39: small order delivery fee of £10.
  • Orders between £39-£85: delivery fee of £6.5.
  • Orders over £85: free delivery.

We only deliver to Mainland UK, which includes England, Scotland, and Wales excluding all and any islands.

Within London, we use Packfleet Next Day delivery for deliveries. You can expect delivery information directly from Packfleet. For other postcodes in Mainland UK, we use DPD Next Day delivery. Both delivery companies will provide a photo as proof of delivery.

We do deliveries from Wednesday to Saturday. The cutoff time for orders is 8 pm the day before your chosen delivery date. For example, if you want delivery on Saturday, please place your order before 8 pm on Thursday. This is because we freshly prepare your order and dispatch it the day before your selected delivery date.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from DPD or Packfleet, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@celeplate.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 2 days after delivery. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@celeplate.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
