  • 🛒 Stackable Discounts & Credit

    When purchasing member-exclusive items, you will now use a specific Discount Code. Even better, you can apply this discount code AND your Store Credit at the exact same time during checkout!

  • Step 2: Get Celeplate Pass Discount Code

    At the top of this page. You will find dedicated Discount Codes right next to our special offer products.

  • Step 3: Apply & Checkout

    At the checkout page, enter your Discount Code first to unlock your exclusive Celeplate Pass Holder price. Then, simply select 'Apply Store Credit' to pay the remaining balance. Yes, they can be used together!

Can I still top up my Celeplate Pass?

To provide a more straightforward and simplified shopping experience, we are phasing out the top-up feature. The top-up entrance is now officially closed.

Where is my previous balance? Is it safe?

Absolutely safe! Your remaining Celeplate Pass balance has been fully converted to Store Credit at a 1:1 ratio. You can view your current balance anytime by logging in and visiting your Account page.

Can I use a discount code and my Store Credit at the same time?

Yes, absolutely! This is a major benefit of our system upgrade. On the checkout page, you can first enter your member-exclusive Discount Code. Once the discounted price is applied, you can tick the box to apply your Store Credit to pay for the rest of your order.

Has the refund policy changed?

Not at all. You still enjoy the same fast customer service. If you request a refund or exchange, the funds will be swiftly returned to your Store Credit, ready for your next purchase.
