We recommend scheduling your Peking Duck kit delivery two days before your cooking day. For example, if you plan to cook the duck on Saturday, we suggest choosing Thursday for your delivery to allow 48 hours to properly defrost the duck for the best cooking results.
OptimalRefrigerator Defrosting (requires 48 hrs): Place the duck, still in its packaging, breast side up in the refrigerator for 48 hours before cooking. This slow defrosting method ensures the best texture and flavor for roasting.
If you wish to cook the duck on the same day you receive it, we recommend using the cold water method (requires 4-6 hours) or the cold water circulation method (requires 3-4 hours).

How's our duck prepared
Our ducks have gone through six complex processing steps to achieve their current clean look. Among the process, our staffs will manually pluck the feather to ensure that the surface of the duck is feather-free when you receive it.
