  • 800g + 20% complimentary buffer (approx. 1kg total)
  • Extremely plumped & juicy
  • Alive before cooking

Each pack is guaranteed at least 800g of live clams. To ensure you receive full value, we add an extra 20% buffer (about 200g), bringing the total pack weight to 1kg. This accounts for any natural breakage or non-living clams that may occur.

Tips: It is very important to clean the clams thoroughly before cooking. Please scrub each shell one by one and wash them repeatedly to remove as much sand and grit as possible. Skipping this step may affect the taste and texture of the dish.
