What's in the kit?

1, Guizhou-Style Sour Soup Base
2, ½ Chinese Leaf
3, (Frozen) Short Ribs Hotpot Slices 雪花牛小排火锅片
4, (Frozen) Flat iron Hotpot slices 匙柄火锅片
5, (Frozen) Frozen Udon x 2

Cooking time:

10 Minutes

Cooking instructions:

Step 1
Defrost: Allow frozen ingredients to defrost in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Step 2
Prepare the Broth: In a pot, add the soup base with 1.2L (5 cups) of water and bring to boil.

Step 3
Combine and Cook: Add Chinese leaf and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add beef slices and udon, cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked. Serve hot!
