What's in the kit?

1, Lee Kum Kee Umami Mushroom Soup Base
2, ½ Chinese Leaf
3, Shimeji Mushroom
4, Enoki Mushroom
5, (Frozen) Fried Tofu
6, (Frozen) Frozen Udon x 2

Cooking time:

10 Minutes

Cooking instructions:

Step 1
Defrost: Allow frozen ingredients to defrost in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Step 2
Prepare the Broth: In a pot, add the soup base with 1.2L (5 cups) of water and bring to boil.

Step 3
Combine and Cook: Add all vegetables and tofu, simmer for 5 minutes. Add udon noodles for an additional 3 minutes. Heat through and enjoy!
