The packaging now uses a premium absorption film, allowing the salmon to age gently, enhancing tenderness and flavour. This also extends the freshness by two extra days, ensuring you enjoy the best quality longer.

Cutting Method Upgrade:

We have moved away from the finer slicing technique and now use a whole slab cutting method, making it more suitable for sashimi preparation and presentation. This ensures larger, more uniform pieces that enhance the natural texture and flavor of the salmon, perfect for sashimi lovers.

Packaging Upgrade:

The packaging has also been elevated. Instead of the traditional tray, we now use a high-grade absorption film, commonly found in premium Japanese restaurants. This innovative method uses osmotic pressure, similar to the dry-aging process used for meat and fish, to gently absorb any natural juices that are released. This allows the muscle fibers to relax, resulting in a softer, more tender texture and a richer, more concentrated flavor.

Extended Shelf Life:

While previous versions recommended consuming the salmon on the same day, the new packaging extends the peak freshness by two extra days, allowing you to enjoy it at its best for a longer period.Sashimi salmon's popularity in East Asian food culture can be attributed to its high-quality protein content, heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, and appealing taste profile.
