Our sashimi salmon has been upgraded with a whole slab cutting method, offering larger pieces perfect for sashimi. The packaging now uses a premium absorption film, allowing the salmon to age gently, enhancing tenderness and flavour. This also extends the freshness by two extra days, ensuring you enjoy the best quality longer.
