Our sashimi-grade sea urchin is harvested from pristine waters and frozen immediately in its natural seawater environment. This technique ensures the uni retains its original flavor, color, and delicate texture without the need for artificial preservatives or additives.

Unlike conventional frozen uni, this product is sealed and frozen directly in seawater, preserving its freshness in the most natural way possible. Once thawed, the uni maintains its full, creamy body and briny sweetness, offering a clean and authentic taste of the ocean.

Please note: after thawing, it is important to gently drain off the seawater before serving. The seawater is quite salty and should not be consumed directly.
