For the ultimate juicy and beefy flavour, a ribeye is a great choice! Ribeye’s are super fatty, which allows them to retain their moisture- even when cooked at a very high heat.

Put 1 tsp of oil into a hot pan. Pan-fry rib eye in the pan for 15s each side. Serve with sesame oil and salt.
