The Greenland halibut, known as a world-class white fish for its natural low fat content, is celebrated for its sweet, delicate flavor and juicy, resilient white flesh.

It's an ideal choice for various prestigious dishes and suits multiple Chinese cooking methods, maintaining its texture and shape whether baked, grilled, boiled, or steamed. Rich in protein, vitamins A, D, and B-complex, minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, and Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, it has tender meat with few bones, making it suitable for all ages. Known as 'flatfish' or 'Icelandic cod' due to its flat shape, it's sometimes called 'North Atlantic cod' or 'Greenland cod', differing from 'true cod' in meat texture, cut, and taste.
