Frozen Sashimi Salmon Saku 冷冻刺身级三文鱼

Frozen Sashimi Salmon Saku 冷冻刺身级三文鱼

SASHIMI | FROZEN

Frozen sashimi salmon saku offers a clean and gentle flavour with a slightly firmer bite after defrosting. Each block is shaped as a classic saku for easy slicing at home. This product is prepared by our chefs in London and frozen at -45 degrees using ultra fast freezing to lock in freshness and maintain raw consumption quality.

This product is designed for effortless thawing. You can defrost it directly in the pack without opening it. Inside the pack is our osmotic dehydration film that slowly absorbs the extra water released during defrosting. This reduces excess liquid, removes unwanted smells and keeps the surface of the salmon clean and dry. The result is a firmer texture and a fresher taste, with no mess and no pooling water.

About Frozen Sashimi Salmon Saku 冷冻刺身级三文鱼

New: Frozen Salmon Option Now Available

We’ve added a frozen salmon option for customers who prefer more flexibility.

Our fresh salmon has always been recommended for consumption within 48 hours, as we do not advise home freezing due to possible food safety risks in domestic freezers.

The frozen pack, however, is professionally frozen and safe to store in your home freezer. While the texture may be slightly less delicate compared to the fresh version, it offers excellent convenience, simply defrost before slicing and enjoy whenever you like.

Please Read Before You Buy: Sashimi-Grade Scottish Salmon

Our sashimi-grade salmon is sourced from the clean, cold waters of Scotland, where farming practices strictly control water quality, feed composition, and growing conditions to meet the standards required for raw consumption. This salmon is known for its rich marbling, fresh sweetness, and delicate, buttery texture. It has no off-flavours or unpleasant fishiness, making it ideal for sushi, sashimi, or lightly dressed dishes.

Please note: While every effort is made to remove bones, some fine pin bones may still be present. This is a natural characteristic of fresh-cut fish and does not affect the quality of the product. Please take care when consuming.
