Our Golden Chicken is sourced from the Basque country in southwest France, where the birds are allowed to roam free and grow slowly for over 90 days. They are fed a diet rich in corn, which gives the skin its distinct golden colour and the meat a rich, savoury flavour. The meat remains firm and juicy even after boiling, delivering the authentic "chicken taste" that is often missing from modern poultry.

Culinary Inspiration:

  • Cantonese White Cut Chicken (白切鸡): The golden skin makes for a stunning presentation. Poach gently and serve with ginger and scallion oil to highlight the natural flavour.
  • Golden Chicken Soup (黄金鸡汤): Simmer the chicken whole to create a rich, glittering broth that warms the family—no additives needed, just pure essence.

The Appetiser: Sashimi Grade Salmon Saku

Start your meal with the freshness of the sea to symbolize abundance ("Nian Nian You Yu"). This is true sashimi-grade salmon that has been super-frozen at ultra-low temperatures to lock in freshness immediately after catch. What makes this product unique is the special osmotic film packaging.
