The mix includes cuts such as collar, belly, and shoulder, resulting in a juicy, flavourful mince with excellent texture. It stays moist during cooking and absorbs seasonings exceptionally well, making it perfect for dumplings, stir-fried noodles, meatballs, or even slow-cooked sauces like pork ragu.
