This pork mince is crafted from a carefully balanced blend of premium Iberico pork and high-quality Spanish pork, designed to achieve an ideal fat content of around 15–20%. While pure Iberico pork can reach up to 40% fat, this blend offers a lighter, more versatile option that retains the signature richness and aroma of Iberian pork without being overly fatty.
The mix includes cuts such as collar, belly, and shoulder, resulting in a juicy, flavourful mince with excellent texture. It stays moist during cooking and absorbs seasonings exceptionally well, making it perfect for dumplings, stir-fried noodles, meatballs, or even slow-cooked sauces like pork ragu. With its distinct nutty aroma from the Iberico component and a refined fat-to-lean ratio, this mince brings restaurant-quality depth to everyday dishes.
