Carabineros Prawn XXL 特大红魔虾
FROZEN | SEAFOOD
The most distinctive feature of the Carabinero shrimp is its vibrant red shell. Even before cooking, its shell displays a bright, striking red colour. Their heads are also larger, often containing a bit of orange-red oil, which gives them a full, rich look and imparts an especially intense, savoury flavour.
- 170g ± 10%, 1-2 pcs depending on the individual sizes
- Size U10 - the largest size you can find
“U10” means fewer than 10 prawns per kilogram, so each prawn typically weighs 100g to 200g. However, as a wild-caught product, individual sizes naturally vary.
To ensure each pack meets our target weight of 170g ±10%, we follow this approach:
- If a single U10 shrimp weighs 160g or more, we will pack one whole shrimp.
- If a single U10 shrimp weighs less than 160g, we will add a smaller shrimp to bring the total weight within range.
This means your pack may contain one large U10 shrimp or one U10 shrimp plus an additional smaller shrimp, depending on the natural size of the catch. All prawns included are premium grade and handled with care to ensure freshness and quality.
