The Blue River Prawns have long claws and spend most of their lives in tropical freshwater rivers. They have a mild and sweet taste. The yellow part of the head is often referred to as 'head butter' due to its appearance. Like butter, it is similar in color, has a creamy texture, and offers a bold, buttery flavor.
