Marinating Methods:

Chinese-Style Marinade:

Ingredients: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste, ginger slices to taste.

Method: Mix all ingredients well, add to the beef slices, stir thoroughly, and marinate for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.

Korean-Style Marinade:

Ingredients: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp sugar, chopped green onions to taste, ground black pepper to taste.
