Thank you for being a valued Celeplate member! To provide you with a smoother and more flexible shopping experience, we are streamlining our membership system. We are officially retiring the old top-up feature, but please rest assured - your funds are completely safe and now easier to use than ever.

What’s Changing?

We listened to your feedback and realized our old system was a bit complex. Here is how we are simplifying things:

  • Top-ups are officially closed: We are no longer accepting new prepaid top-ups as we phase out the old system.
  • Your balance is safe: Your existing membership balance has been securely and automatically converted into Store Credit at a 1:1 ratio.
  • New checkout logic: Member exclusives are now unlocked using specific Discount Codes combined with your Store Credit, rather than direct member-price buttons.

How to Shop Member Exclusives

Here is exactly how to navigate the new process and enjoy your member benefits:

  • Check Your Balance: Log in and click your 'Account' icon in the top right corner to view your available Store Credit.

  • Find Your Code & Rules: Browse our Member Exclusives to find your discount codes. Please note that promotional items are limited to one promotional item per customer, and the discount code is for one-time use only.

  • Stack & Checkout: At checkout, enter your exclusive Discount Code first to apply the member price. Then, simply tick the "Apply Store Credit" box to cover the cost!

Forgot to Apply Your Credit? We’ve Got You!

We understand that adapting to a new checkout habit takes time. If you use a member discount code but accidentally complete the purchase without applying your Store Credit, don't worry!

  • Our system will automatically flag this to our customer service team.
  • We will manually deduct the appropriate amount from your Store Credit balance.
  • We will swiftly issue a refund for that amount directly to your original payment method.

Farewell to the Referral System, Hello Welcome Offer!

Along with these updates, we are officially retiring our previous referral system. In its place, we are introducing a much simpler welcome offer: new users can now simply subscribe to our mailing list, and a £5 OFF discount code will automatically trigger and be sent straight to their inbox!
