Celeplate Wholesale Delivery
Wholesale orders are delivered in two ways, depending on where your site is.
Inside the M25 we use a London van delivery partnerson weekdays. Outside the M25, across the rest of England, we use a frozen vehicle delivery on weekdays. Both options are offered according to the value of the order.
We do not currently offer wholesale delivery to Scotland. If you would like us to confirm which option applies to your site, please email us the postcode before you order.
Inside the M25 - London Delivery
- Available on orders from £500.
- We aim to dispatch within a week of the order being placed.
- There is no consumer-style one-hour delivery slot. We will email you the day before the van leaves so you know when to expect it.
- Please have someone on site who can take in a cold-chain delivery.
Rest of England - UK National Delivery
- Available on orders from £800.
- Delivered on a frozen vehicle, on weekdays only, with no fixed arrival window.
- We aim to dispatch within a week of the order being placed.
- We will email you before the vehicle leaves, with the delivery day, so you can have someone ready to receive frozen and chilled goods.
What happens after you order
- Once the order is in, customer service will email you so you have a named person to speak to.
- When the order has been picked and the vehicle is ready to leave, we will email you again with the dispatch and delivery details.
- Please keep an eye on your inbox, including junk or promotions folders, as the delivery day is confirmed by email.
- If you would like us to aim for a particular weekday, leave a note for the loading bay, or split the delivery across more than one address, please tell us before you place the order so we can plan it into the run.
