Ingredients:

  • 300g Wagyu Beef Chuck (recommended), any thinly sliced beef from Celeplate
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

 

Steps:

1, Thinly slice onion, green onion; mince garlics.

 

2, Heat up pan with oil, put thinly sliced Wagyu Beef Chuck in.

 

3, Put onions in the middle; sprinkle brown sugar.

 

4, Put soy sauce & oyster sauce in, along with black pepper.

 

5, After sauce boiling, put garlic & green onions in.

 

6, Dress sesame oil on top. Less than 10 mins cooking. Enjoy!
