Beef Marination

For stir-fry

  • Some garlic slices
  • Some ginger slices (optional)
  • Some chopped green onions
  • Carrot slices
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • Pinch of sugar
  • A drop of vinegar (optional)
  • 50ml Chicken broth (water will do as well)
  • 1 broccoli chopped
  • 3g potato starch mix with water
  • 1 tbsp of Aroma (optional)



1, Marinate the beef before you start preparing others.


2, Slice up garlics, gingers, green onions, carrots, and broccoli.

3, Boil the broccoli for 30s, transfer them to an ice bowl.


4, Pan-fry the marinated beef until slightly bown.


5, Put all the sauces & veg in the pan except starch & aroma, and stir fry untill even.


6, Thicken the dish with potato starch with water and a drop of aroma. Enjoy!
