優質日本干貝,採集自日本北部沿岸的西北太平洋海域(FAO 61),該海域海水潔淨、溫度穩定,富含礦物質,適合貝類穩定成長,發展出適合生食的緊實肉質與細緻風味。每顆干貝皆經細心處理,並於採收後即刻急速冷凍,保留原有鮮甜、滑嫩奶香質地與天然鮮味。
正確解凍後,干貝呈現細緻滑嫩的口感,帶有微微的海味與自然甘甜,是高級日本干貝的代表風味。結構穩定,適合刺身薄切,也可輕炙食用或搭配柚子醬類調味。
