Because we sell fresh and frozen food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Quality issues, damaged, wrong or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong, missing or not in good condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@celeplate.co.uk or via chat, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We review each case individually and will do our best to make it right.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are usually made to your original payment method. In some cases we may offer store credit to your Celeplate account instead, which reaches you faster and can be used on your next order. Refunds to your original payment method can take some time to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Out-of-stock items
Many of our fresh products arrive from our suppliers on the morning of dispatch, so occasionally an item may be unavailable on the day. If this happens, we will refund the unavailable item, usually to your original payment method, and send the rest of your order.
If certain items are essential to you, please leave a note at checkout (for example, "Please contact if any out of stock"). We will try to contact you first. If an essential item is unavailable and we cannot reach you, we will cancel the whole order and give you a full refund, including delivery.

Using store credit and discount codes
To use store credit, tick "Apply store credit" at checkout. If you forgot to apply store credit or a discount code before paying, please contact us at hello@celeplate.co.uk with your order number.

Changes and cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled online once placed. If you need to change your delivery date or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@celeplate.co.uk. Once your order is being packed, changes may no longer be possible.
