优质日本扇贝,采集自日本北部沿岸的西北太平洋海域(FAO 61),该海域海水洁净、温度稳定,富含矿物质,适合贝类稳定成长,发展出适合生食的紧实肉质与细致风味。每颗干贝皆经细心处理,并于采收后即刻急速冷冻,保留原有鲜甜、滑嫩奶香质地与天然鲜味。
正确解冻后,干贝呈现细致滑嫩的口感,带有微微的海味与自然甘甜,是高级日本干贝的代表风味。结构稳定,适合刺身薄切,也可轻炙食用或搭配柚子酱类调味。
