这款来自苏格兰与荷兰海域的 野生欧洲笔管鱿鱼(Loligo vulgaris),又俗称「中卷」、「笔管鱿」,拥有冷水海域特有的细致肉质与清甜鲜味。苏格兰与荷兰的北海水域全年冰冷且富含营养,这样的环境造就了鱿鱼紧实有弹性的肉质。使用 Seines (flyshoot) 飞射拖网法捕捞,能有效保护鱿鱼结构,保留其最自然的新鲜状态。
每一尾鱿鱼皆为 去头、去皮、去内脏处理,省去繁琐清理流程,解冻后即可使用,特别适合家用快速料理。快炒、酥炸、三杯、川烫、干煎皆宜,亦可搭配蒜蓉、酱油或台式九层塔等调味。冷水野生鱿鱼的风味与质地,使其成为料理中最加分的食材之一。
