红魔虾最显著的特点是它天然鲜艳的红色外壳。即使在烹饪前，虾壳也呈现出明亮醒目的红色。它们的虾头相对较大，常含有橙红色虾油，不仅外观饱满油润，也赋予其浓郁鲜香的风味。

  • 170g ±10%，每盒包含 1–2 只，具体数量视单只重量而定
  • U10 等级 – 市面上可见的最大规格

“U10”意指每公斤不超过10只虾，因此每只通常重约 100g–200g。由于红魔虾为野生捕捞，单只虾的实际重量会存在一定自然差异。

为了确保每盒产品达到 170g ±10% 的目标重量，我们采用以下装箱原则：

  • 若单只 U10 虾重量达到 160g 或以上，则单独装一只；
  • 若单只 U10 虾重量 低于160g，我们会额外搭配一只较小的虾以补足克重。

因此，每盒可能包含 一只大号 U10 红魔虾，或 一只 U10 红魔虾搭配一只较小的虾，具体情况依捕捞时的天然尺寸而定。所有虾品均为优质等级，经过细致处理，以保证新鲜度与品质。
