    The sashimi-grade sea urchin we selected for you is not salty or fishy (in a bad way) at all, but has a particularly mellow aroma that slowly spreads in the mouth, a bit like a preserved salty egg yolk.

    It comes with a small tray, which is convenient to eat directly on the steamed rice, or paired with simple soy sauce or wasabi for direct consumption.
