這款來自蘇格蘭與荷蘭海域的 野生歐洲筆管魷魚(Loligo vulgaris),又俗稱「中卷」、「筆管魷」,擁有冷水海域特有的細緻肉質與清甜鮮味。蘇格蘭與荷蘭的北海水域全年冰冷且富含營養,這樣的環境造就了魷魚緊實有彈性的肉質。使用 Seines (flyshoot) 飛射拖網法捕撈,能有效保護魷魚結構,保留其最自然的新鮮狀態。
每一尾魷魚皆為 去頭、去皮、去內臟處理,省去繁瑣清理流程,解凍後即可使用,特別適合家用快速料理。快炒、酥炸、三杯、川燙、乾煎皆宜,亦可搭配蒜蓉、醬油或台式九層塔等調味。冷水野生魷魚的風味與質地,使其成為料理中最加分的食材之一。
