纪文海鲜烧卖融合了正宗的日本工艺,并加入了充足的鱼浆,每一口都含有 13.68% 的真实鱼肉。所用的金线鱼在太平洋的可控养殖环境中成长,肉质细嫩,带有微微的弹性,十分适合作为烧卖的馅料。
最佳烹饪方式是无需解冻直接下锅。虽然传统上多以清蒸,但我们更推荐加入少许油煎制,或采用浅油炸,让外皮煎至酥脆金黄。酥脆的外壳与鲜嫩多汁的内馅形成鲜明对比,让烧卖的口感格外满足。搭配酱油、柚子醋或淡淡的辣椒油一起享用,更能呈现地道风味。
