这款招牌肉丸来自瑞典,由牛肉和猪肉按比例混合制成。它最大的特点是含肉量达到了 94%。市面上常见的冷冻肉丸往往会加入较多淀粉,吃起来口感偏软且有面粉感。而这款肉丸没有那种淀粉感,咬下去肉质非常紧实,能吃出纯粹的肉香和明显的肉粒感。
在工艺上,肉丸出厂前已经做熟,且表面经过了高温煎烤。这不仅让肉丸带有一股自然煎烤的焦香(美拉德反应),也更好地锁住了内部的肉汁。买回家后不需要复杂的处理,直接加热就能吃。
非常适合用来下火锅。尤其是搭配我们的贵州酸汤牛肉火锅,紧实的肉丸吸满酸爽的汤汁后,口感很好。平时用来煮汤面,或者做简单的红烧肉丸也很方便。
