这款招牌肉丸来自瑞典，由牛肉和猪肉按比例混合制成。它最大的特点是含肉量达到了 94%。市面上常见的冷冻肉丸往往会加入较多淀粉，吃起来口感偏软且有面粉感。而这款肉丸没有那种淀粉感，咬下去肉质非常紧实，能吃出纯粹的肉香和明显的肉粒感。

在工艺上，肉丸出厂前已经做熟，且表面经过了高温煎烤。这不仅让肉丸带有一股自然煎烤的焦香（美拉德反应），也更好地锁住了内部的肉汁。买回家后不需要复杂的处理，直接加热就能吃。

非常适合用来下火锅。尤其是搭配我们的贵州酸汤牛肉火锅，紧实的肉丸吸满酸爽的汤汁后，口感很好。平时用来煮汤面，或者做简单的红烧肉丸也很方便。
