紀文海鮮燒賣結合了正宗的日本工藝,並加入了充足的魚漿,每一口都含有 13.68% 的真實魚肉。所使用的金線魚在太平洋的可控養殖環境中成長,肉質細嫩,帶有微微彈性,非常適合作為燒賣的餡料。
最佳的烹調方式是無需解凍即可直接下鍋。雖然傳統上多以清蒸,但我們更推薦加入少許油煎製,或採用淺油炸,讓外皮煎至酥脆金黃。酥脆的外殼與鮮嫩多汁的內餡形成強烈對比,讓燒賣的口感格外滿足。搭配醬油、柚子醋或淡淡的辣椒油享用,更能展現地道風味。
