紀文黃金魚蛋是一款日式風格的「揚物」(油炸食品),以高品質魚漿(surimi)混合豆腐製成,並輕輕油炸至金黃色。成品質地鬆軟、氣孔細緻,猶如海綿般能充分吸收湯底風味,因此成為火鍋與湯品中備受喜愛的食材。
與一般較緊實的魚丸或天婦羅不同,這款融合豆腐的魚蛋口感更為清爽柔和,油脂含量低,適合追求清淡飲食與精緻口味的消費者。產品所使用的魚漿主要來自鯛科魚類中的紅鰭笛鯛(Nemipterus spp.),此類白肉魚以脂肪含量低、味道細緻而聞名。
