這款招牌肉丸來自瑞典,由牛肉和豬肉按比例混合製成。它最大的特點是含肉量達到了 94%。市面上常見的冷凍肉丸往往會加入較多澱粉,吃起來口感偏軟且有粉感。而這款肉丸沒有那種澱粉感,咬下去肉質非常紮實,能吃出純粹的肉香和明顯的肉粒感。
在工藝上,肉丸出廠前已經做熟,且表面經過了高溫煎烤。這不僅讓肉丸帶有一股自然煎烤的焦香(梅納反應),也更好地鎖住了內部的肉汁。買回家後不需要複雜的處理,直接加熱就能吃。
非常適合用來煮火鍋。尤其是搭配我們的貴州酸湯牛肉火鍋,紮實的肉丸吸滿酸爽的湯汁後,口感很好。平時用來煮湯麵,或者做簡單的紅燒肉丸也很方便。
