這款招牌肉丸來自瑞典，由牛肉和豬肉按比例混合製成。它最大的特點是含肉量達到了 94%。市面上常見的冷凍肉丸往往會加入較多澱粉，吃起來口感偏軟且有粉感。而這款肉丸沒有那種澱粉感，咬下去肉質非常紮實，能吃出純粹的肉香和明顯的肉粒感。

在工藝上，肉丸出廠前已經做熟，且表面經過了高溫煎烤。這不僅讓肉丸帶有一股自然煎烤的焦香（梅納反應），也更好地鎖住了內部的肉汁。買回家後不需要複雜的處理，直接加熱就能吃。

非常適合用來煮火鍋。尤其是搭配我們的貴州酸湯牛肉火鍋，紮實的肉丸吸滿酸爽的湯汁後，口感很好。平時用來煮湯麵，或者做簡單的紅燒肉丸也很方便。
