The menu featured our signature Peking Duck prepared in the indoor oven, alongside thick-cut whole beef tongue and BBQ meat slices perfectly suited for the outdoor open-fire grill. Guests also enjoyed an array of premium selections, including Wild-Caught Scottish King Scallops, Unagi Kabayaki Cooked Grilled Eel, Capelin Shishamo, and Iberian Baby Back Ribs.
