About Fresh Spot Grouper 斑点石斑鱼

在浩渺的大海中，存在着一类被统称为石斑鱼的鱼类。已记录有超过100种石斑鱼，其中67种来自10个属，广泛分布于中国东南沿海、北部湾和南沙群岛。正如古老的说法，“每条龙都有其独特的后代”，在石斑鱼家族中，有些展现出鲜艳的颜色和精美的图案，有些色彩柔和而内敛，还有些具有奇特的外观和好斗的性格。尽管同一名称下有着不同的外观和性格，但它们都无疑是美味的。

石斑鱼，学名为Epinephelus drummondhayi，属于鱼形目，鲈亚目，鱼科和石斑鱼属。它们主要栖息在热带和亚热带温暖水域。这种鱼的特点是其长、略呈扁平、椭圆形的身体和一个大嘴巴，嘴巴内有锐利的牙齿，其中一些甚至可以看起来像犬齿。石斑鱼以其丰富的营养素而著称，肉质细嫩、纯白，提供了无与伦比的口感体验。它是一种高级的食用鱼，低脂肪和高蛋白质含量。
