For the best result, please follow one of the two different defrost methods below:

Quick defrost guide (1hr)

1. Place the packaged tuna in ice water at 0-1°C.
2. Ensure the defrosting time does not exceed 2 hours.
3. Remove the tuna and pat dry with kitchen paper.
4. Ready to serve.

Restaurant quality defrost guide (4-12 hrs)

1. Prepare a 4% saline solution.
2. Soak each side of the tuna in the saline solution for 1 minute.
3. Rinse the tuna with cold water.
4. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
5. Wrap the tuna in kitchen paper and cling film, then refrigerate at 0-3°C.
6. After refrigerating for 4-12 hours, it will achieve a high-end restaurant quality texture.
