    What's in the kit?

    1-2 x Red Mullet
    1 x Steam Fish Cooking Sauce Set

    Cooking time:

    Preparation: 2 mins
    Cooking: 15-20 mins steamed / 40-50 mins oven grill coved with foil at 180c

    Cooking instructions:

    1, Place the fish in a steaming dish, open the seasoning packet and spread over the fish. Steam for 15-20 minutes in a steamer; or wrap the fish and seasoning in foil and grill in the oven at 180℃ for 40-50 minutes.
    2, After cooking, heat the spring onion oil until smoking and drizzle over the fish.
    3, Heat the soy sauce packet and pour over the fish.
